How can I participate as an artist or vendor?

What are the festival hours?

The festival starts at 10 am on Saturday, November 15 and Sunday, November 16 and closes at 5 p.m. each day.

Where do I park?

Visit https://www.gainesvillefl.gov/Government-Pages/Government/Departments/Transportation/Downtown-Parking​​ for Downtown parking locations and rates.

Are pets permitted in the festival?

Dogs on leashes or in contained pet strollers are permitted.

Are bicycles allowed in the festival?

For safety of our guests and displayed artwork, bicycles, roller skates, rollerblades, and skateboards are prohibited from the festival.

Does the festival close if it is raining?

The festival is rain or shine. If there is light rain or periods of rain, the festival will remain open. However, if there is lighting, heavy winds or other severe weather the festival will close.
