What are the festival hours?
The festival starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10 and closes at 5 p.m. each day.

Are pets permitted in the festival?
Dogs on leashes or in contained pet strollers are permitted.

Are bicycles allowed in the festival?
For safety of our guests and the displayed artwork, bicycles, roller skates, rollerblades and skateboards are prohibited from the festival.

Does the festival close if it is raining?
The festival is rain or shine.  If there is light rain or periods of rain, the festival will remain open.  However, if there is lightning, heavy winds or other severe weather the festival will close.  Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram @GNVDowntownFestival to keep up with any festival changes as a result of the weather.

What are your COVID-19 safety protocols?
The festival will follow CDC guidelines for mask requirements, social distancing and sanitation efforts.
